Mr. Dinos is a wonderful salon... Ive been a customer for years, and my hair always looks fabulous and i am constantly getting compliments on it. Most of the time i dont even have to make an appointment because they always welcome walk ins! Love Mr Dinos at brkfld, i would never go anywhere else to get my hair done.

WORST SALON!!!! DO NOT GO TO MR. DINO's I received the worst hair cut from this place. My husband said my hair looks like I have a bad 80's wing. My hair looks like a mullet now!!!!!!! The manager was rude to me when I complaint about the service and hair cut. I will never return and thought I save someone else the pain of a bad hair cut!!!!

All along I was under the impresison that this would be a friendly place to get descent services from passionate learning professionals. My sisters and I wanted to get updos for our parent's anniversary therefore we called to get pricing, because of the differences depending on the levels we ended up going in to get just the prices. When we arrived we weren't greeted by anyone, the receptionist/front desk girl was talking to a stylist therefore we waited, she came over and literally starred at us from head to toe and didn't say a word. We told her we wanted some prices for updos, she explained how it worked and eventhough we should've walked out after the stare we scheduled four appointments figuring she was having a bad day and not everyone was like that. A few days prior to our appointments we called to see if we could add two more and we were told they were full. The night before we were in the area therefore went in to see if by chance people had cancelled to get our two friends in, same scenario happened...noboby greeted us and the rest followed. We decided to cancel on the spot because we figured one time is okay but twice...that's just kicking us out the door!

I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN IT WAS BAD!!!! THEY WHERE RUDE AND THE HAIR CUT LOOKED REALLY BAD!!! :{
