Each doctor in the group provides a wide range of treatment, though some do concentrate on areas in which they have special interest or expertise (such as oral surgery or children's dentistry). In addition to our talented general dentists, Drs. Ken Waliszewski, Mike Karczewski, Carter Benson and Mike Waliszewski are specialists who limit their practice to Prosthodontics (the replacement of teeth and tissue using fixed and removable appliances, implants, crowns, and the like). EmergenciesWe can generally see an emergency patient the same day (all doctors cover each other's emergencies), but calling as early in the day as possible is recommended. Our Practice - Then and NowDr. Bill Nequette founded our practice in 1958, and "Wm. L. Nequette & Associates" served the New Berlin and Brookfield area for nearly 40 years, growing into a dynamic, multi-dentist group. With Bill's retirement in 1997, the group needed a new name, and so we became "Greenbrook Dentistry." Dr. Mike Karczewski joined us, bringing his practice into the group; together we built a new office, incorporating the latest in dental design and decor. Our practice now includes both general dentists (some of whom concentrate on areas in which they have special interest or expertise) and a number of specialists (who limit their practice to specific areas, such as prosthodontics). In most cases, patients in need of even the most complex treatment can be served "in-house" by one or more of our dentists. When it is in the best interests of the patient, we also refer treatment out to carefully selected specialists in the area. We have excellent wo rking relationships with those specialists, and they take very good care of our patients. We're very proud of our new environment, and our patients enjoy the bright and comfortable home we've made.
