I usually go to Azana once a month for a facial and massage by the same people. Elizabeth gives exceptional facials and eyebrow waxings. I strongly recommend her. Also, I get my massages from Kimberly. She shows such concern for her clients, and she always fits the massage to my needs. I don't do much downstairs in the salon area, but I could see it being great for wedding parties because it is very open and group friendly.

I got a gift certificate to this salon, and went to get a massage. Not only did they NOT call to remind me of my appointment (which most better salons do), the massage was a nightmare -- either pressure to the point of pain or barely no touch at all. I have gotten massages at a variety of salons, spas, physical therapy places, etc. and this was by far the worst. Plus, they make you go into "locker rooms" to take your clothes off and put a robe on, then walk into your massage room. Why you cannot simply disrobe in the privacy of the massage room is a mystery to me. I wouldn't even consider letting anyone there touch my hair. I auctioned off the remainder of the gift certificate for a charity. This place is a waste of money

I would suggest you try this spa as I enjoyed the staff and the ambiance. Decor is pleasing to the eye and the staff spends time with you discussing what you are looking for. It is a bit noisy especially since they don't allow children. There is music playing that covers up a little of the noise.

I had my hair colored by Angie at Azana. She is great! She knows what she is doing. She gave me advice concerning my hair color and skin tones. When she was done, it was obvious she was right. I wouldn't have liked what I had planned on doing. The staff was pleasant and the ambiance is nice. It was a bit loud for being just adults. They have a no children policy.
